Because Linemaker.ai is a digital subscription service that grants immediate access to AI-generated research and educational content, all subscription fees are non-refundable once access has been granted.

We may issue refunds at our discretion in the following limited situations:
If you have been charged in error (for example, billed twice for the same plan, charged after timely cancellation, or charged for a plan you did not select), contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate and refund any verified billing errors.
If the Service experiences an extended outage that prevents you from using your subscription for more than 5 consecutive days, we may issue a pro-rated credit or refund at our discretion.
Refunds required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction will be honored. Some states have specific consumer protection statutes (for example, regarding auto-renewal subscriptions) that may grant additional rights. We comply with all such laws.
The 7-day trial requires a $0 non-refundable activation fee. This fee covers your trial access and is not refundable for any reason once access has been granted.
Important: If you do not cancel your trial before day 8, your subscription will automatically convert to Linemaker Pro Monthly at $99/month.
To avoid this charge, you must cancel before day 8. Cancellation requests received after the automatic conversion charge are not eligible for a refund.

We process email cancellation requests within 1 business day. To avoid a renewal charge, you must send your cancellation request at least 48 hours before your billing date.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until then. We do not pro-rate subscription fees for the unused portion of a billing period.
Annual subscriptions are pre-paid for the full year. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after purchase, including unused months. You may cancel an annual subscription at any time to prevent the next year's auto-renewal, but you will retain access until the end of your paid annual period.
