Linemaker.ai ("Service," "we," "us," "our") is operated by Linemaker Sports LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("Company"). Linemaker.ai provides an AI-powered sports betting research and education platform. Our service is designed for informational and educational purposes only.

We offer multiple subscription tiers, including:

Trial enrollment includes a recurring subscription. When you start the 7-day trial:
1. You will be charged $0 upon enrollment for trial access.
2. Your trial gives you up to 10 AI research questions 40 coaching questions over 7 days.
3. On day 8, if you have not canceled, your subscription will automatically convert to Linemaker Pro Monthly and you will be charged $99/month, billed monthly until canceled.
4. You may cancel anytime before day 8 to avoid the recurring charge.
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current rate. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for these recurring charges until you cancel.
We will send a reminder notification before any auto-renewal that involves a price increase from your current plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until then.
Please see our Refund Policy for full details. Generally, we do not provide refunds for digital subscription services once access has been granted, except as required by law.
Linemaker.ai is a research and education tool that uses artificial intelligence to analyze sports data, betting markets, and statistical information. The Service provides:

We are not a registered investment advisor, financial planner, or licensed sportsbook. We do not place bets on your behalf, hold customer funds, or facilitate gambling transactions.
Past performance referenced by the Service or its users does not guarantee or imply future results. Sports betting involves substantial risk and you can lose money.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or produce specific results.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL LINEMAKER SPORTS LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other policies referenced, constitute the entire agreement between you and Linemaker Sports LLC regarding the Service.
